We follow the University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines for Fee Refund to ensure a student-friendly and transparent fee refund process. These guidelines apply in case a student decides to withdraw from admission after the payment of fees.
Refund Structure
100% Withdrawal up to 15 days before commencement of the academic session (₹1,000 processing fee may be deducted).
90% Withdrawal less than 15 days before the session starts.
80% Withdrawal within 15 days after the session starts.
50% Withdrawal between 16–30 days after the session starts.
No Refund Withdrawal after 30 days of the session’s commencement.
Additional Notes
Refunds must be processed by the institution within 15 days of receiving the withdrawal application.
The refund policy will be clearly displayed during the admission process and in the prospectus.
In case of unresolved issues, students may escalate the matter to the University Grants Commission (UGC).
