Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Raja Devi Degree College Banda is constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013. The Committee is dedicated to ensuring a secure, gender-sensitive academic environment for all faculty, staff, and students.

Reporting Procedure

If you face any grievance related to harassment, please follow these steps:

Contact any committee member directly or via official email.
Collect and fill out the grievance form (available at the office or online).
The ICC will confidentially investigate and resolve complaints as per UGC and legal guidelines.
No retaliatory action will be tolerated; all complaints are treated with strict confidentiality and fairness.
