The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Raja Devi Degree College Banda aims to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. The IQAC is a vital part of the institution's quality assurance and enhancement framework, aligning with NAAC guidelines.

The cell facilitates internalization and institutionalization of quality culture and supports the teaching-learning environment, research, and infrastructure development. It acts as a nodal agency of the institution for coordinating quality-related activities.
