The Anti-Ragging Committee is formed to prevent and respond swiftly to any ragging-related issues, ensuring accountability and student welfare at all levels.

Reporting Procedure :

If any student experiences or witnesses ragging, they must follow these steps:

·       Immediately contact any Anti-Ragging Committee member via phone or email.

·         Submit a written complaint to the committee or office.

·         The committee will review and investigate the matter confidentially.

·         Strict action will be taken against any form of misconduct.                                         

About the SEDG Cell

The SEDG Cell has been established to ensure that students belonging to Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups (SEDGs) are provided with a safe, secure environment and equitable access to quality education in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs). This initiative aligns with the vision and guidelines of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, formulated by the Government of India.

Objectives of the SEDG Cell:

Inclusive Education: Ensure inclusive access to education for students from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Support Mechanisms: Provide support systems such as scholarships, mentorship, and counseling to address the specific needs of SEDG students.

Safe Environment: Create a safe and secure campus environment free from discrimination or bias.

Capacity Building: Organize capacity-building workshops and skill enhancement programs for SEDG students.

Compliance with NEP 2020: Implement strategies that adhere to the NEP 2020 guidelines, promoting equity and accessibility in higher education.

About the Equal Opportunity Cell

The main challenges faced by individuals perceived as disabled, or those with disabilities, or from minority communities, arise from disabling environmental, economic, and cultural barriers. Disability and minority status are therefore considered equal rights issues, comparable to other forms of unjustifiable discrimination and prejudices. Recognizing this, the We established the Equal Opportunity Cell to address and mitigate these critical issues.
